Almighty Father, we thank for the precious gift of children and the blessings that they lavish upon our lives. We recognize your tender affection for these little ones, through whom your name is glorified in the miracle of new life. Open our hearts to love these ones as you do; enlighten the eyes of our understanding to perceive the vengeful assault waged upon children by the enemy of our souls. And having done so, give us the grace and wisdom to arm ourselves with the weapons of warfare you have bestowed upon us – not worldly, but mighty in You to pull down strongholds which have been raised against children, to neutralize every force of evil targeting these vulnerable ones and to bring every thought concerning children captive to the obedience of Jesus Christ and Your will for their lives.

We pray now for children who have been subjected to the onslaught of kidnapping, war, exploitation, abuse, gun violence and the control of dark forces. In the Mighty Name of Jesus, we call upon You Lord of Hosts to send forth Angelic armies to wage war against the evil principalities which target these innocents and pray that every chain holding children bound be shattered and destroyed! Jehovah El Shaddai, rain down your vengeance on the evil which seeks to harm our children and cause it to utterly undone, a non-existent thing in Jesus Name. Pour out Your anointing upon Your beloved children and cause every weight of depression, fear, loneliness and hopelessness to roll off and be destroyed.

By faith, we thank you Lord for answered prayers; for the dawn of a new beginning of life, light hope, health and peace for the children of the world.
